Healthy Routine 1

Hello Everyone, My daily routine has helped me a lot to keep me healthy, active and to boost my immunity. Get up 6.50-7am Early Morning water/ lemon water lukewarm water + Lemon juice 7.15am soaked and peeled almonds 7.20am 1hr exercise/ yoga Yoga+ walk 7.30-8.30am Brkfast museli n milk /upma/ poha/ idli /dosa/roti bhaji and tea 9-9.15am fruit mor 11.30 any 11.30am lunch 1/ 1.30 pm 1 roti, 1 cup bhaji, rice 1/2 bowl 1:00 PM after lunch walk 20 min snack eve 5.30/ 6 PM bhel/sprouts bhel/cheese 2/salad/mix nuts/ home made chiwda or dry fruits ladoo/ khakra/ 5.30pm Repeat snack with Kokam water/ chaas 7.30pm dinner 9 1 roti/bhakri, 1 cup bhaji, rice 1/2 bowl, daal 9.30pm 10-10.20 pm walks walk before going bed milk milk + sabja 10.45-11pm ghee in tablespoon anytime during the day one leafy vegetable in a day. if not possible then coriander leaves will do, 4 litters water. You can have chicken or fish once in a week
